How To Run - The Secret Revealed

No Garmin, fancy shoes, shorty shorts, hydration pack or heart rate monitor. Just running in it's purest form. Take notes- stop for breaks and jump over obstacles.

  1. I think I could become a better runner myself if I could always run on the beach! I have tried to talk the wife into moving down there a few times and I could work remotely but I haven't convinced her of it yet, and the girls could play soccer on the beach! LOL!
